LPG has been enjoying increasingly wide popularity because of its easy-to-obtain,convenient-to-transport,high calorific value and environmental friendliness.
During the process of application, it often needs to be intermingled with a certain amount of air according to the practical conditions.The gas mixture thus can be interchanged with natural gas and coal gas, and can also meet the needs of long-distance transportation under medium pressure in some relatively cold areas. In addition, some gases of low caloricity can be increased in calorific power if mixed with LPG.
On the whole, gas mixture has been widely used in daily practical projects.The mixture ratio should be at least 1.5 times of the upper limit of explosion.

Regulating the liquefied gas and compress air at the same pressure through the regulator connections, the High-pressure Ratio Control Mixer change the proportion of the gas mixture while the two sources of the gas of the same pressure go through different size of the cross section. And the flow is automatically subjected to the change of the pressure output by the compound air. In the range of 1.5 times of the utmost explosion limit, the proportion of the gas mixture in the High-pressure Ratio Control Mixer can also be adjusted to in succession. Those safe chains are inclusive of the mixer:
(1) Pairs of atmospheric pressure exceed the limit
(2) Working pressure of the air exceed the limit
(3) Working pressure of the liquefied gas exceed the limit
(4) Temperature of the liquefied gas exceed the limit at the air inlet
As such the alarm referred to exist, the two emergency shut-off valves set on the two inlets will powerful off automatically, so as to guarantee system security. When the mixer acts in safe locking, the mixer should be started by hand after the trouble removed.
